Reservations and method of payment

Enquiries and reservations are accepted via hotel's web page, by email, by post,  by fax, by telephone or in person at our hotel reception. When reserving accommodation the guest confirms acceptance of these General Terms  in their entirety.  When reserving accommodation the guest must supply all information requested. In order for a reservation to be considered valid, the guest must pay a deposit, or supply the number of a valid credit card as a guarantee of the reservation. In case of no-arrival and without prior cancellation, Servcie Provider will charge your card for the total amount of the reservation.

Sojourn tax

The guest must pay the sojourn tax upon payment for his/her hotel accommodation. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the sojourn tax, while children aged 12-18 pay at a discounted rate of 50%.

Prices of services

The price of services is the price per person/day, or room/day, as indicated in the service price list. Additional services are not included in the price and are payable additionally by the guest. Hotel Garden Hill  reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Right of the hotel Garden Hiil to change and to cancel reservation

Hotel Garden Hill  reserves the right to change the reservation or description of services at any time in the event of circumstances which are beyond our control and which could not be predicted, avoided or postponed. Previously-reserved accommodation may be exchanged for accommodation of the same or a higher category. The same price which was valid at the time of confirmation of reservation will be applicable, and the guest will be informed of the change in a timely manner. In those cases where it is not possible to find replacement accommodation and a reservation has been paid for in advance, Hotel  reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refund the full amount remitted.

Right of the guest to change or cancel reservation

In the event that the guest wishes to change  or cancel a reservation made at his/her request, he/she may do so in writing (by email, post or fax).In the event that the guest cancels a confirmed reservation, the following reservation cancellation conditions are applicable:

For group

• 30 days prior to arrival without any charging costs
• The service provider will calculate the costs for the group according to the number of persons of the whole group:

- For cancellations the whole group or part of the reservation up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival of the guest The service provider will not charge the cancellation costs.

- For cancellations the whole group or part of the reservation 30 to 21 days before the announced arrival of the guest The service provider retains the paid guarantee and advances or 30% of the minimum contract value / reservation number

- For cancellations the whole group or part of the reservation 21-14 days prior to the announced arrival of the guest - The service provider retains 40% of the minimum contract value / reservation number

- For cancellations the whole group or part of the reservation13-7 days prior to the announcement of the guest arrival - The service provider retains 70% of the minimum contract value / reservation number

- For cancellations the whole group or part of the reservation 6-3 days prior to the announcement of the guest arrival - The service provider retains 90% of the minimum contract value / reservation number

- For cancellation the whole group or part of the reservation 2-0 days before the announcement of the guest's arrival or no show - The service provider retains 100% minimum contract value / reservation number

For individual bookings

- For cancellations within 48 hours prior to the arrival of the service or no show , 100% of the total value of the reservation is charged.

Check out untill : 10:00 a.m.
